It has been almost 7 months since the government shared their plan to beautify the area more by making a new café and art gallery in our mohallah, under JJ Flyover, par progress kaafi slow ho raha hai, aapko nahi lagta? We appreciate the thought, that this project is part of a broader initiative to rejuvenate the area, to introduce a sense of creativity and belonging among residents and visitors alike but iski guarantee kon dega ki yeh beech sadak par banane se koi takleef bhi nai hogi? It can be seen already from now while this place is constructing that people have started encroaching and sleeping there like before.

If we look at the positives – The café next to the art gallery will complement the art exhibitions, allowing locals and tourists to relax with a cup of coffee or tea after enjoying themselves in the creative energy. This creates the perfect balance between art and food, undoubtedly enriching Mumbai’s culture. Bringing an art gallery into a public space can help inspire young minds to have a passion for art in our community.

On the other hand, with the new establishment, one of the biggest issues is the never-ending traffic at the J.J Signal, jiska abhi tak pura solution mila nai hai. Ek aur savaal uthta hai ki does the meaning of progress lie in such beautification efforts? Aise kahi saare plans bante aaye hai, but hume aaj tak ek bhi safal hote hue nai dikha, are the people of Mumbai falling for false promises in the name of elections? Abhi toh Lok Sabha ke election khatam hue hai aur kuch mahine mei Assembly election ke baad agar new government banti hai Maharashtra mein, toh kya yeh plan phir bhi execute hoga?Aapka kya kehna hai iss maamle mein?
